About

I am an English teenager, working to develop a more nuanced and well-considered view on the world, so if you there’s anything in any of these posts you’d like to develop or challenge then please do. I am passionate about writing, literature and film, and hope to study English Literature in the future.

I used to watch your videos last year and loved them! Ever since, I always wondered why you stopped, presumably like some of the others who watch your videos, from reading some of the comments made under them! I only realised today, 7 months on, that you have a new YouTube Channel, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m delighted! On the other hand however, I really think you should post a video on your old channel to tell others too :p

I’m so glad that you like my videos, I often wonder whether or not to keep making them (mainly because in many ways I feel I express myself better when writing than speaking) but comments like this make me want to keep making videos – so thank you for the ego boost 😉 I know what you mean about making a video on my old channel explaining the move, but that would make the move pointless I’m afraid, because I moved so that people from school would no longer be able to access my channel. This is better explained in my first video on the new channel. I did message a few subscribers who had commented recently and stuff, but obviously that is a pretty imperfect system and I’m sorry that you weren’t aware when you’d have liked to have been told. I haven’t made a video for a while, mainly because of exams, but I should hopefully start making them again over the summer. Out of interest, is there anything in particular you’d like to see a video from me about?

Aha don’t worry-i’m in exactly the same boat! I have 10 gcse’s left 😦 sorry, i only watched your first video after posting that comment and i totally get it now- I would be completly the same! As for videos, i just really like the chatty vlog like videos haha! You mentioned you would like us to comment on certain issues so what about abortion? I love hearing your views on these topics as I think they held define my own 🙂 in the mean time, greetings from Northern Ireland and good luck with the rest of your exams 😦

You mentioned in one of your previous videos how everyone should at least have a brief knowledge of politics too.. What about a quick video explaining the basics of british politics for those (like me!) who don’t have a clue *looks away ashamed*

I am not sure if I am the best person to explain our political system because my knowledge is reasonably basic, but I can have a go at it. If you’re interesting in learning out politics then I recommend you search rhymingwithoranges on youtube, as he makes interesting and informative videos primarily about politics.

Sad times :/ I have fewer than than left, thankfully, but still quite a few. Okay yup chatty vlog videos, will do 🙂 hmm yes abortion is a tricky one but I shall have a think about that and include it in the video when I eventually make it. That’s cool, I’ve never been to Ireland, Northern or Republic of, but I’d really like to go one day. Thank you, good luck to you too!
